How SENPRO pricing works
SENPRO operates on a coach-pays model. When you subscribe to SENPRO as a coach, you gain access to the platform's features. Your clients can then use SENPRO as part of your subscription. In other words, we won't charge your clients to use SENPRO.
For coaches: Understanding your subscription
When you first sign up to SENPRO, you'll have 14 days free to try it out. Coaches are permitted 1 trial only. As a coach, you can select a subscription plan that matches your needs.

Your subscription operates on a recurring billing cycle, which means you'll be charged automatically on a monthly or annual basis. The billing date is set when you first subscribe, and you'll continue to be charged on that same date in subsequent periods until you make changes to your subscription or cancel it.
You can manage your subscription details, including updating your payment method or changing your plan, through the Business Tools > Manage Subscription section of your SENPRO account.
If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. When you cancel, your clients will lose access to their SENPRO accounts when your subscription ends, so you'll want to communicate with them and potentially help them export their data or transition to another system if you're closing your coaching practice.
For clients: Understanding your free access
If you're a client of a SENPRO coach, you will not be charged by SENPRO for using the platform.
If your coach cancels their SENPRO subscription or their payment fails, you may lose access to your account. If this happens, you should reach out directly to your coach to understand what's happening with their coaching practice and whether they plan to maintain their SENPRO account.
Common billing questions
Why was I charged for SENPRO?
If you're seeing a charge from SENPRO, it means you have an active coaching subscription. SENPRO charges subscriptions on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected when you signed up. You can review your subscription details in Business Tools > Manage Subscription to confirm what plan you're on.
What happens to my clients if I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your SENPRO subscription, your clients will lose access to their accounts. This happens because client access is directly tied to an active coaching subscription.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Contact support directly to discuss whether a pause can be issued to allow you to temporarily step away from coaching without losing your account setup and client data.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment information through Business Tools > Billing Details in your SENPRO account. Here you can add a new payment method or update your existing card details. Keeping your payment information current ensures uninterrupted service for both you and your clients.
What happens if my payment fails?
If SENPRO cannot process your subscription payment, you'll typically receive an email from Stripe alerting you to the issue. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method and resolve the problem before your account is suspended. During a suspension, both you and your clients may lose access to the platform until the billing issue is resolved, so it's important to address payment failures quickly.
