How to access SENPRO

SENPRO can be accessed from a web-browser or via our mobile app (which is due to launch very soon). We've created support articles to help you get to grips with the platform, whether you're using our web-platform or the client mobile app.

Activating your account

First, you must activate your SENPRO account and generate log in details before you can use our web-platform and / or mobile app. Typically, your nutritionist will add you to SENPRO and in doing so, we will automatically email you your bespoke account activation link. Alternatively, your nutritionist can manually send you your bespoke account activation link. Once you've activated your account and generated log in details, you are free to use our web-platform and / or mobile app, so long as your nutritionist has an active subscription to SENPRO.
