How to create a client

Client management, support for nutritionists

This article will cover how to add individual clients. If you would like to onboard large groups of clients in one go, please contact us.

First, open the left menu and select Clients.

In your Client Manager, click the New Client button.

The side bar will appear. Here you can enter your clients:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

To give your client access to SENPRO tick the 'give client access' checkbox. Otherwise, please leave this unchecked. Your client will be sent an activation email, so please ask them to check their junk / spam folder.

Next, your client will be required to click the Activate Account button. They will be directed to a unique signup page to create their password and activate their account.

Alternatively, you can retrieve your clients bespoke activation link from their Overview page. Once copied, you can manually send this activation link to your client to complete.
