Your clients must activate their account in order to access SENPRO from the web or our client mobile app.
First you must create the client account as explained in this article.
Your client will be sent an activation email, so please ask them to check their junk / spam folder.
Next, your client will be required to click the Activate Account button. They will be directed to a unique signup page to create their password and activate their account.
Alternatively, you can retrieve your clients bespoke activation link from their Overview page. Once copied, you can manually send this activation link to your client to complete.
