Welcome to the Planner! The Planner can be used in a number of different ways. Your nutritionist is likely to communicate how they would like you to use the Planner.

In this article, I'll walk you through the various ways you can use the planner:

You'll find the Planner by opening your main menu (pictured).

How to view meal plans / nutrition programmes

Here's an example of a complete meal plan / nutrition programme that your nutritionist might create for you. Here you can view foods & recipes that your nutritionist has recommended throughout each day.

Press the down arrow to open a meal block, for example Breakfast at 8am. You can view recipes in full by clicking on the recipe name or image.

How to log food

In the Planner, click the gold [+] button, followed by the Add Meal button.

Create the meal name, such as Breakfast at 8am and press the Save button.

Now click the [+] button within the new meal to open the food / recipe search.

Use the search bar to find the food by name.

Or use the tags to quickly filter your results.

You can also add recipes to your Planner by clicking on the Recipes tab. Using the filter, you will be able to find and add suitable recipes to your Planner.

Press the [+] button to the left of the food or recipe name. This will add the food or recipe to the gold bar at the bottom of the page. This multi-add feature will allow you to add multiple foods / recipes to your Planner in one go. When you're ready to add the foods / recipes to your Planner, click the ADD button.

You will now see the foods / recipes added in the Planner. The nutrition information will appear at the bottom of the page in the nutrition targets block if your nutritionist has enabled this feature.

How to enter an activity or training session

In the Planner, click the gold [+] button, followed by the Add Activity button.

Add the activity name, such as Morning Run, followed by the time and duration, then click Save.

Back in the Planner, you will see the new activity.

How to take a food photo

In the Planner, click the gold [+] button, followed by the Add Meal button.

Create the meal name, such as Breakfast at 8am and press the Save button.

Now click the camera icon within the new meal to take a food photo.

On mobile, you'll be able to open your camera to take a food photo. You can also tell your nutritionist if you enjoyed the meal and how full you feel. Leave any additional comments that you think will be useful for your nutritionist to see, then press Submit.
