You can log your foods in the Planner by searching our comprehensive food database of generic and branded foods across the UK, Australia and USA.
From the Planner, click the blue "add meal" button.
Give the meal a name and time, for example breakfast at 7:30, then tap the blue "add meal" button.
You will see the meal block in the Planner.
Tap the bin icon to delete the meal block.
Tap the [+] icon to search & add foods to the meal block.
Here you can search our comprehensive food database of generic and branded foods across the UK, Australia and USA. Or you can tab across to search and add recipes into the Planner. You can set your food database preference in account settings. Check out this article for more details on setting your food database preference.
Use the search bar to search for a food, for example "banana".
Tap the [+] icon no the right hand side to enter the quantity and portion size.
Enter the quantity in the field furthest to the left. Any known portions will automatically be displayed. Tap the portion field to view other known portions. Tap the blue "add item" to save the item.
You will notice a blue button appear at the bottom of the page to add all save items. This allows you to keep searching for other foods and / or recipes, before saving them to the meal block. When you're done, tap the blue "add [x] items".
You will see the foods added to the meal block and the nutrition information calculated accordingly for the meal block.
Tap the [x] icon to the right of the food to remove any food entries.
The nutrition information will be displayed at the bottom of the page and will be the sum of all meal blocks. Any nutrition targets set by your nutritionist will be displayed.
