How to schedule a post

The Scheduled Posts feature allows coaches to create and schedule Posts to be delivered at a later date!

This article will cover:

  • How to schedule a post from the Feed

  • How to schedule a post from My Content or Recipes

  • How to view and delete scheduled posts

How to schedule a post from the Feed

Your Feed is located on your dashboard.

Click 'create a post' under the header 'New Post'.

The side panel will open on the right (pictured below).

Here you can write the post.

Then select your audience (in other words, who you would like to receive the post).

Next click '↓ Scheduled Post' to select the date and time in the future that you would like your post to be delivered.

Please note, the post will be delivered at the date and time you specify, based on the time zone you have configured in your account settings.

Click the 'schedule' button when you're done, or 'cancel' button to return to the previous page.

How to schedule a post from My Content or Recipes

You can post content or recipes to the feed directly from the My Content and Recipes hub.

From either page, find the item you would like to post to the feed.

Click the 'Post to Feed' icon (pictured below).

The side panel will open on the right.

Here you can write the post.

Then select your audience (in other words, who you would like to receive the post).

Next click '↓ Scheduled Post' to select the date and time in the future that you would like your post to be delivered.

Please note, the post will be delivered at the date and time you specify, based on the time zone you have configured in your account settings.

Click the 'schedule' button when you're done, or 'cancel' button to return to the previous page.

How to view and delete scheduled posts

From your dashboard, click the 'Scheduled Posts' tab.

This will reveal all the posts in your queue, in order of the post that is due to be delivered next.

From here you can delete the post if you need to.

More information

  • Your client(s) will receive a notification at the time of delivery when they have a new post to view in their Feed.

  • The post will be delivered at the date and time you specify, based on the time zone you have configured in your account settings.
