You can copy an individual day or week of the planner to the same client or other client(s) or group(s).
When copying a day or week, we will copy the meals & food only. We do not yet copy training blocks, nutrition targets or notes.
To copy a day
In the planner, you will see a [•••] icon displayed alongside the date.
Click this icon and then select copy day.
Now select the client(s) and day(s) you would like to copy to.
To copy a week
In the planner, you will see a [•••] icon displayed in the top right hand corner of the Planner.
Click this icon and then select copy week.
Now select the client(s) and the week commencing date you would like to copy the week to.
