Notes are the latest addition to the weekly planner. Notes can be used in a number of different ways and can be added to the planner by both nutritionists and their clients. Notes you upload will be visible to clients in their weekly planner. You can learn more about how your clients view and interact with the planner here.
How can I use notes in the planner?
Notes can be used in a number of different ways in the weekly planner. Here's a few examples:
Highlight key focus points:
You can pin notes to the top of each day. This is a great way for nutritionists to highlight key focus points for their clients, for example "Match day tomorrow so let's focus on high carb plates".
Add context / education:
Provide clients with useful snippets of information in the planner. Add context around meal suggestions or offer alternative suggestions using notes.
Give feedback & recommendations:
Your client may have completed a days worth of food logging or used the planner for taking food photos or planning their meals in advance. Add notes to the planner with useful feedback & recommendations.
Use the notes block to outline supplement strategies or other pre, during or post training / competition nutrition strategies.
How to add a note:
1. Go to your clients Planner tab and then click the gold + button.
2. Click Note.
3. Write your note in the text block. You can then pin the note to the top of the day or add it to a specific time during the day. Click save (you can always come back to edit the note later).
4. We've pinned this note to the top of the day as you can see in the next image. Click the pencil icon to edit the note and click the bin icon to delete the note (you'll be asked to confirm this action before your note gets deleted).
