You will find the appointment scheduling feature in Business Tools.
To create an appointment, click the Create Appointment.
Enter the following information:
Appointment title
Appointment type
Date
Time
Location
Client(s)
Additional information
Once the appointment has been created, everyone included in the appointment will be sent an email invite containing all of the above information.
An entry will automatically be created in yours and your clients calendar (calendar settings permitting) where clients will be able to RSVP to your calendar invite.
To cancel an appointment, click on the appointment entry in your SENPRO calendar, followed by the red Cancel Appointment button. Your client(s) will be sent email confirmation of the cancellation.
