How to add training in the planner

Both you and your client / athlete can add training blocks into the Planner.

  1. Click the gold [+] button, followed by "Add Activity".

  2. Next, enter the title, date, time and duration for the new activity.

  3. Click the "Advanced" button to select the type of activity or to manually enter estimated calorie expenditure.
